Overview

Join us and our dear friends CFA Society Luxembourg LIVE as we greet Sarah Maynard (Global Head, External Diversity, Equity & Inclusion of CFA Institute) and Marlene Timberlake D'Adamo (Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer of CalPERS) for a unique and interactive discussion, moderated by Paul Olschwanger, Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of Wendell Rhoads Consulting (Board Director of CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth ).

What makes a person dedicate their life and career to the pursuit of equity for all? What are the personal stories and motivations behind two of the finance industry’s leading female pioneers?

  • How did they get there?

  • What disappointments have they faced?

  • What inspirations overshadow their frustrations?

  • What are they risking to be the voice that calls for change— and what do we risk, if we miss the message?

For all the conversations had about DEI over the last two years, these are the personal stories you’ve never heard before.
